Self-cleaning, solar-control or triple, with the performance figures on your quote.
Two colours if you like

Why does lantern glass stay clearer?
Our standard glazing has self-cleaning glass on the outer pane. Daylight helps the coating break down dirt and rain spreads into a sheet that carries it away, so glass you cannot easily reach stays clearer for longer.
It reduces cleaning rather than ending it: a rinse with clean water now and then still helps, especially under trees.

Leave feedbackRoof lantern buying questions
How do I buy a roof lantern from you?
Use the configurator or send us your kerb size. We reply with a written quote showing the fixed price, the range, the glass and colours, the lead time and how delivery works. When you accept the quote and pay as set out on it, we place the order and confirm your delivery date.
What size should I order?
The external size of the kerb or upstand the lantern will sit on, width first then length, in millimetres. Our measuring guide shows how to check it.
Where do you deliver?
Across mainland Britain, with delivery quoted for your postcode. The Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are by arrangement.
How long does delivery take?
Typical lead times are 5–10 working days for stock sizes and 3–4 weeks for made-to-measure. Your quote confirms the date.
Do you fit roof lanterns?
We can quote for fitting by installers working under S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which remains responsible for the work. Send your postcode and we will confirm cover.
Can I cancel my order?
For standard stock-size lanterns bought at a distance, you normally have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Made-to-measure lanterns are made to your specification, so the cancellation right does not apply once they are ordered. Our terms explain the details.
Do I need building regulations approval?
A new lantern in a new extension is covered by the extension's approval. Replacing a rooflight in an existing home is building work and must meet energy standards. Rules differ by nation; our building regulations guide explains them.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our guide prices are shown including VAT at 20%, with the figure excluding VAT alongside where useful. Your quote shows both.
